The Chan National Queer Arts Center proudly hosted Frameline’s Industry Day as part of Frameline50, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the world's longest-running queer film festival. The event brought together filmmakers, distributors, critics, funders, and cultural leaders for conversations on the future of queer storytelling, financing, distribution, and media criticism, including a keynote discussion between Frameline Executive Director Allegra Madsen and filmmaker Lilly Wachowski.
Industry Day highlighted the power of collaboration across LGBTQ+ arts organizations and reinforced The Chan’s role as a hub for creativity, connection, and community. Congratulations to Frameline on 50 years of championing queer stories and artists.
