Monica MacMillan
Monica is an attorney with a passion for advocating for others. Prior to moving to the Bay Area and starting a family she was a litigator at Chicago-based Katten Muchin Rosenman. As a member of the California Bar, Monica uses her legal background to help non-profits and other important causes. Monica has a BA in English Literature from The University of Michigan, and a JD from the University of Minnesota. Monica enjoys reading, book blogging, running, music and great food
Why I joined the Board:
Simply put, SFGMC is unparalleled. Their groundbreaking Lavender Pen tour is what compelled me initially to become involved, and I continue to be inspired by their music and their mission to build community and inspire activism.
