Dean Allsopp (he/him) is a Community Engagement Manager at Amazon, where he shapes the company's community partnerships across Northern California. Previously, Dean served as District Director for Seattle Council President Debora Juarez, working on legislation to benefit Seattle residents. Originally from Boston, he has lived in the Seattle area since 2016 and holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington. Before the City Council, Dean was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala and worked for Sea Mar Community Health Centers. Dean was hooked after seeing SFGMC perform at Outside Lands in 2025 and now serves on the boards of the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus, the Pacific Science Center, and Leadership Tomorrow.
